All orders are processed, packaged and shipped from our home studio in the West Midlands within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification email. Shipped orders may take 3-5 business days to arrive.

We are strong supporters of ‘’recycle, reduce, reuse’’ and aim to ensure that all of our packaging (containers, jars, vases, boxes and bottles) is reusable if not recyclable, giving them another lease of life to prevent waste.

Trim the wick on your candle before each burn, ensure that candle is not burning and trim back as often as required.
